All approved donation requests require pick up from our location, unless otherwise noted.

Please keep in mind, donation requests can take up to two weeks to process.  We understand the importance of donations and will do our best to fulfill each request, however, not all requests may be granted.

The guidelines below ensure consistency and fairness to all organizations that seek donations:

  • Requesting organizations must be a valid 501(c)3 non-profit organization or school
  • The Fundraising Event must take place within’ our geographic region (of up to 25 miles)
  • All requests must be received at least 45 days prior to fundraising event
  • Non-profit organizations are only eligible to receive one donation per calendar year
  • Organizations requesting donations must submit their request using the online form.  Incomplete requests, or requests by phone or in person will not be accepted
  • Request submission does not guarantee a donation
